He completed primary school in his birthplace and gymnasium in Zrenjanin in 1970. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Sarajevo in 1990. Between 1972 and 1990, he served as secretary in Mužlja. From 1990 to 2007, he was a registrar, and from 2007, he has been retired. He is the editor of Muzslyai Újság.
