She completed primary school in her birthplace, and secondary school in Vršac and Bečej, where she obtained a translator's qualification. In 1980, she enrolled in the Spanish Language and Literature Department of the Faculty of Philology at the University of Belgrade. Between 1986 and 1996, she worked for various companies, cleaning, translating, interpreting, and performing administrative tasks. From 1996 to 2005, she worked abroad as a secretary, and from 2005, she has been a translator and assistant at the Hungarian Embassy in Ljubljana. She is the president of the József Attila Cultural Association in Ljubljana.
