He completed primary school in Lukácsfalva and Nagybecskerek, where he also finished mechanical engineering high school (1984). He enrolled in theology in Varaždin but did not complete his studies. From 1986, he worked as a machine fitter at the Nagybecskerek oil factory. Between 1997 and 2019, he was the editor-in-chief and managing editor of Muzslyai Újság. For years, he was the editor of the program "Pop-rock Time Machine" on Zeppelin Radio in Muzslya.
