Biography
He completed elementary school and gymnasium (1929) in Nagybecskerek. Between 1929 and 1933, he studied in Zagreb, Vienna, and Paris. He obtained a law degree in Zagreb. He practiced law in Nagybecskerek. With his poems, short stories, and feuilletons, he was a contributor to Vojvodina's newspapers (Híradó, Bácsmegyei Napló, Ifjúság, Tükör, Hétről-Hétre) and journals (Kalangya, Híd) in the 1920s and 1930s. He translated German and French poets. He edited two volumes of the Hungarian Public Library of Yugoslavia (Arany János, 1939; Három üstökös: Petőfi, Jókai, Arany, 1939). He appeared in A Mi Irodalmunk Almanachja (1931).
